We hereby draw your attention toward different issue, which are created only as by-product of poor governance and corrupted administrative system in Gujarat.

Electricity related problems-
• Power cut in industry in Diwali time, which makes labors in problem.36 hour electricity cut in labor incentive industry. Which created many problems to industrialist as well as labor.
• Take further deposits from consumers. No proper justification from electricity company
• Increased consumption rate per unit without considering public opinion.
Inflation increased in Gujarat-
• In every consumables and daily need commodities, life essential foods, vegetables and milk rates are increased.
• Many family cannot afford to use vegetable oils to fry, and can’t dream to eat Ghee even. It makes effect on children’s and women, old age as well as patients.
• Increase rates in every consumables make every citizen stressful, low healthy food and make their moral downs.
Increased crime rate in Surat-
• In Surat crime like robbery, suicide, attempt to suicide, rape, theft, murder and terrorism, economic cheatings and uthamana etc.
• Many FIR also not lodged in police station
• No proper inquiry or charge sheet also created against criminals.
• All corrupted system playing the game and media fails to highlight it properly.
• Encounters and community related crimes are increasing.
• Increasing communal gap for own benefit. Also violating human rights.
• In reality when child cries, dialogue of gabbarsing of sholey film, changed and every mother says her child to stop cry other wise narendra modi will come and fearfully children’s sleep.
• Custodial death, in name of suicide increased in Surat.
• New act under name of GUJKOK is for violating human rights. Detail inquiry to get truth of godhara scam must be appointed.
Health services are weak and costly, pollution increased
• In civil hospitals charges are taken from poor people in different name and fee. Corruption and mismanagement increased at top level, which can be seen from increased death ratio of hospitalized patients.
• Different types of disease increased in poor labor and poor community no proper medicine or health services avails to lowest people as heavy cost of medicines and civil hospital services.
• Pollution level of Surat increased and violating industry not pays for it as rules.
Increased scandals in allotment of Government land and public money, grants, subsidies etc-
• Government land scams are increasing day by day in different way under name of vibrant Gujarat, SEZ, Public projects, and Industrial Infrastructure upgradation scheme and Infrastructure projects. Once upon a time closing of GIDC as sick unit declared now it GIDC is a tool to land grabbing in a name of public purpose.
• Every rally, mass strike, protests, dharana any public awareness program are crushed by not giving permission even. People of Gujarat have. Democratic values of administrative system are corroded. Proofs can be have by checking charters of demand in all department and increased public interest litigations.
• No one can get justice in even Narendra mody’s complaint redresses program of video conferencing. All is just publicity stunts of present governments.
• Gujarat loosing playgrounds, guacharos or pond and no places of cremation for industrialization and urbanization.
• Agriculture land is decreasing highest in Gujarat and mainly government lands are allotted to specific group at throw away price, to associated businessman in different name with Narendra modi and party. Observing balance sheet of government land during narendra modi tenure can prove all. (12 years)
Waste of money in functions, foreign tours and in advt/show Biz
• Narendra modi fearing lots even by citizen of Gujarat so when ever tour expensive security (56 commandos with 35 car caravan) with use of public resources and government staff to make mass to present in every function or showbiz of narendra modi.
• During tour of narendra modi every roads are vacated and diversed.and harassing traffic jam occurred. Many poor hawkers, roadside footpaths traders also lost their income for three to five days of narendra modi’s visit.
• How many inauguration or stone laid by narendra modi for different project and how many project completed. Even actual progress must be checked on site. How many rupees wasted in function, hoardings and tours.
• To check how many rupees, Narendra modi pays their party heads Installments of corruption as annuity collected from industrialist, land grabbers, alcohol-wine traders and many officials. And says to media I am not corrupted. And says “me kabhi khata nahi or khane nahi deta “ in real nothing left from narendra modi then other will have share.
• Gujarat government release water for people of Surat and demand strictly crores of rupees from Surat Municipal Corporation. In over flooding dam or water released for cleaning river also charged from surat municipal corporation. Indirectly people of Surat have to bear by local taxes.
• For inquiring Surat flood related commission have misguided people and detail enquiry commission must be appointed.
• Ex. chief minister keshubhai Patel has developed TADA And PASA criminal modes operands in all cases misuse to be checked and highlight corruption. In many cases illegal custody for supari, land grabbing increased. To increase black income land act of 8 km enforced. Many CBI inquiries are pending no action taken against involvers and mostly were relatives of keshubhai Patel. Many victims of acts of such anti social and criminal are awaiting justices.
• Surat municipal corporation increasing city limits day by day and many peripheral villages have no infrastructure, services etc and bears extra tax burden plus loss of fertile land.


Looking to above point we hereby request to get charge of Gujarat government by dissolving government, suspend narendra modi government and presidential rule to set democracy in Gujarat.

Detail CBI inquiry must be carried out and urgent legal action must be taken in above points considering in the name of justice, public interest and to save democratic human values as well as save resources and public money misuse.
